This mail service is fast and I am able to use it everywhere. It also works well on iPads or Macbooks. Professionally I use these types of software, so therefore the compatibility is a must for me. I also like that my iPhone is very useful with this email. I can use this to communicate with my boss and coworkers effortlessly. I have asked others how they prefer this software and they have also given high regards to this software. Areas of high likeness include the ease of access and use across interfaces, the cost of this service and the speedy retrieving and sending of communication nationwide.

I dislike that I cannot use it too well on my android phone or tablet. This service moves a little slower. Maybe there is an update that is getting ready to occur to make these features more useful. However, I do not use Android at work so this minimizes the fact that this interface may move this program a lot slower.

This software is easy to install and use on the Apple interface. Windows has also been useful and easy to incorporate this email tool. Users can communicate quickly because this software allows you to send messages fast. The retrieval of emails are also really quick as well so there is a short delay, if any, between two communicating parties.

I am solving the business problem of communicating with in network and out of network collaborators. Worldwide communication is a little slower than communicating in the country. I believe that if this email had enhancements or something like a chat that may make this communication more useful for me in the business setting.

It's great to have a virtual mailing address to receive all mail as scanned PDF and love that it's more green.

I love the new UI, it's easy to use, find everything you need, and make changes to mail actions. It's a great improvement over Earth Class Mail's (now sunsetted) old interface. I also like the ease of use of the mobile website—I do a lot of multi-tasking business from my phone while traveling, and having a useful and easy mobile site is helpful.

I dislike the cost to value ratio. We pay a monthly subscription fee plus additional fees for postage for any mail forwarded, plus additional fees for any special desired actions. As far as I can tell, there's no simple way to automate shredding of certain types of mail (to avoid storage fees)... and if there is a way to do that, it's not obvious (so that UX needs to be worked on). It feels like it's nickel and dime-ing us. Also, the Mail Status titles are unclear. There's no key for the various statuses that's obvious and easily accessible.

Carefully consider what your goals are for a mail forwarding service. If you need daily mail forwarding, be prepared to pay postage for each additional piece of mail in addition to your subscription fee.

We use Earth Class Mail to provide our small, remote business with a central address for communications. All our mailed client communication goes through Earth Class, separating and protecting our company from being directly associated with any particular one of three owners.

They receive, scan, and forward mail efficiently.

We typically receive hundreds of payments per month. Currently, we utilize the service for receiving and forwarding check payments to the bank. However, their exports are very limited. There is no date-specific Excel export available for checks deposited, which includes check number, amount, and organization name. While this information is present in the tool, it cannot be exported efficiently. Additionally, a date-specific PDF report of check images is unavailable. Please note that ECM refers to their check management services as 'Checkstream', they claim to "deposit checks from their mailroom straight to your bank account" - they do not actually deposit checks, the payments are mailed to your bank.

Unfortunately, the support team has not been very responsive regarding the inclusion of these basic features in the product roadmap.
