Very easy to navigate and use. Reports are user friendly and great for the dental office. Customer support is very easy to use and they are very knowledgable.

Would like it to be cloud based but it is an older software so it understandable that its not

Eaglesoft takes all the accounting work out of my hands and does it for me.

I absolutely love Eaglesoft, I tell peole it is the Apple of dental management software. Easy to use, the best software I have used as far as ledgers and account management. Much less "clicking" to schedule appts, etc than Dentrix.

I wish that their printed statements made more sense to patients, and that balances were easier to track where they come from.

It is fully comprehensive for dental management needs.

Fairly easy to use once you have trained on the system.

Some apllications are not as easy to find, but can be customized.

Scheduling, transactions, insurance submittal, recalling clients.

Production reports should match if running one month vs entering the 1st through 31. I question which one I should use.

Keeping a full schedule. It is beneficial to use recall wizard and quick fill.

As a daily user of Eaglesoft I feel it is extremely user friendly, reports are easy to find and generate, works well with other software and also offers great customer support.

Downside of Eaglesoft is it is not as widely used as Dentrix.

Eaglesoft continually works on upgrading to keep the sotware relevant.

This software has recently become an absolute necessity to know how to operate for my field of employment in the dental field. The interface is simple enough that any user can pick up on how to use it within the first couple minutes of using it. Each icon details exactly what it leads to when clicked, using pictures to help. The best part is that this software offers a “practice mode” for the user who is just beginning, and allows you to play around with all the different options without actually inputting any data.

There aren’t many things I dislike about the EagleSoft program.

EagleSoft solves a variety of problems for professionals in the dental field. From the critical necessity for managing patient’s information and medical records in the front office, to charting for the Doctor in the back office, EagleSoft tackles each problem effortlessly. I’ve realized many benefits from having everything in one space, especially in a field where it’s very easy for things to become chaotic.

It allows end to end user and consumer to process transactions and great feature database of all transactions that you do day in day out .It installations leverages to PC TAB and system and plus point can you can remotely access it.the best feature is paperless chart and flexible appointment tool.it saves time and efficiency .

it is not user friendly but I do expect it to be more .

you wont have any while switching between interface to make appointment , you can schedule insurance claim and can take xray from good imaging window . do you not like paperless charts in office ?

when it comes to seamless integration between practice management and clinical functionality -eaglesoft lead and provide to ease of mind while doing transactions.

We love the interface for scheduling and how easy other applications can integrate.

Sometimes we have to deal with software errors with Microsoft- which requires a phone call to tech support. These instances are few and far between.

Eaglesoft integrates well with other companies to remind patients of their appointments.

Eagelsoft has been very user friendly to use and the updates always seem to improve how much we can use eaglesoft. I am still learning new features each day of ways to improve our practice

As there are so many features, sometimes it can be hard to change certain things such as open schedule and making custom hours, those seem to be the hardest thing to change.

It does all of our scheduling, charting, patient information, and a majority of the tools needed to run a dental practice. It benefits us because we use it on a daily basis and it seems to be pretty easy to understand the clinical perspective.

Very easy to utilize & navigate in & through system

Some simple glitches - as when you toggle between family members in patient screen then next dental appt date is deleted when printing postcards.

Ease of use seeing all aspects of patient care, history, charting, etc
