Easy way to track and manage investments
What do you like best about E*Trade Web Platform?
The interface is user-friendly and offers useful tools for tracking investments. I find it easy to access research reports and market data, which makes managing my portfolio more convenient.

The platform can seem somewhat complicated for beginners, and I have noticed that it occasionally loads slowly during peak market hours.

Novice Investor Can Figure it Out
What do you like best about E*Trade Web Platform?
I've never even flirted with the idea of stock trading, but when a former company went public I needed to work with it to figure out how to make my money work for me. Thankfully, E*Trade was incredibly user-friendly and I was able to get and grow my money easily.
What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?
As someone who is pretty illiterate when it comes to trading, I needed a lot of hand holding. It took me a while to figure out how exactly to cash out some of my shares, and there were a few steps involved. A more in-depth "first timers" walkthrough would be helpful.
What problems is E*Trade Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had money from a previous employer via shares and going public, and I needed to retrieve that money. It worked perfectly for this purpose and I had a little left to invest around as well.

The monthly summaries they send me give me an idea of how my money is doing.
What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?
As of now, I do not see any downside to the website or service.

It is a central hub for all documents related to my financial investments. A great place to manage your investments.

What do you like best about E*Trade Web Platform?
A clean platform for ease of use for beginners. The website is set up with little clutter and can be navigated easily by new users both to the platform and their services.
What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?
The web platform is easy to navigate but different from the mobile app. It would be nice to have the two look similar, although the userability for both are great.
What problems is E*Trade Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
Watching the market alter and being able to use the platform for personal use and finances. The website allows easy access to documents needed pertaining to various trading personally and commercially.

So easy to use and navigate, as compared to competitors
What do you like best about E*Trade Web Platform?
My company recently switched from another competitor platform to E-Trade and E-Trade is SO much easier to use and to navigate. It is easy to initiate trades, sales, etc. and easy to see current balances of stock.
What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?
Nothing. It really is easy to use, as a customer. It is easy to initiate the trades and sales I need. My company used to be with other provider that was challenging to navigate and not user-friendly.
What problems is E*Trade Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage my stock granted by my company. I am able to do this effectively and easily through their online platform. It is much easier to navigate than competitors, in my experience.

Excellent Platform for Beginners and Pro's Alike
What do you like best about E*Trade Web Platform?
Very intuitive platform with great Dashboards on the landing page. Dashboards can easily be customized—real-time quotes for no additional fees. Research tools are excellent.
What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?
There is nothing I dislike about the product. Everything works well.
What problems is E*Trade Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being able to make investments easily, with minimal fees and excellent research tools, especially for beginner investors. The platform has demystified some of the investment strategies.

Etrade is an awesome platform, & the app is easy to use
What do you like best about E*Trade Web Platform?
I love how stock trades are free, customer service is very easy fast, and competent. I like the UX of the website and the app, and how easy they are both to use. I also have my IRA linked and am able to trade stocks in that.
What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?
There is not much I don't like with ETRADE. If I had to say something it would be that the IPOs are never good stocks I would actually want to participate in. This sometimes bothers me but this is not the main reason I use the platform.

Its a great platform I would highly recommend it
