in my coffee milling company Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation allow me create links between personnel undertaking different task projects which increases the level of productivity
The programs allows users to manager accounts designated by the organization and allowing instant access to inflammations that are crucial to the business.
The difficult process of filtering account and information.
It does take some time to get uses to it but that should not effect the learning curve for users.
The programs is used as a tool to access account for the propose of selling. Tracking activities is a benefit.
I have a need for automating Funding Referral system in my recent experience and have it exposed to RMs and PMs - which have been seamless.
CRM aspects for customers and their self service with respect to Payments and Funding Referral aspects with Payments domain have been seamless.
I would prefer extensive API based integration and expose features seamlessly for integration. Currently, some part of API integration capability is available, but not extensive.
4 different business benefits have been realised by me -
1) RMs and PMs direct access to their customers Payment transaction status.
2) Lending domain integration to understand loan position for cusomters by RMs and CSO
3) Commercial Customers Onboarding in Commercial Banking Domain
4) Customer Self serve aspects - across levels of business integration
it is a very complete software and we use it for almost everything in the company

In-depth project automation tool. Lots of features are available for users in Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation.
I find it a little less intuitive than some other project automation tools, it is also a little less user-friendly in my opinion.
Automating certain projects across the sales force and IT department.
The flows are automated to understand the system better, the fields can be populated automatically, and reports generated swiftly. What else do you want from a Microsoft-backed product?
It doesn't look pleasing with that sandbox title in the center of the page, which cant be removed for demoing the software to clients as it can't be rebranded very quickly.
the insights of after order processing reports and slicing and dicing of data is very handy but at the same time w ecan forget those tedious data entry jobs that are cumbersome.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows you to share communications, leads and opportunities to make the best use of your team's time and effort. I like how it connects with MS Outlook. The Outlook integration is also simple and easy to use and allows for all communication tracking within the Sales module with a click of a button.
Although the ability to integrate ERP software with this CRM is useful, there seems to be some holes in the function. We've experienced many instances where customers are not properly assigned to the correct salesperson, which can lead other sales people to duplicate efforts.The UI could definitely use some improvement, having used HubSpot previously, they had a great UI/UX. With the new Dynamics Business Edition, it appears they are addressing this and will ultimately do the same in the Enterprise Edition.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows sales people to quickly check to see if a particular customer is already being prospected by another salesperson the their company. This is especially useful if the company in question is not a current customer and doesn't appear in the ERP.

Es muy sencillo de usar, resulta muy intuitivo y mantiene una gran sencillez en la automatización de procesos al igual que la creación de catálogos y demás funciones relacionadas a los procesos de ventas. Permite fácilmente revisar avances de ventas de cada miembro del equipo y de esta forma identificar rápidamente cualquier tipo de falencia de ser el caso.
Los servicios de Dynamics en ocasiones son un poco inestables en el sentido de constantes caídas o errores de solicitudes, causando que se deba repetir la petición más de una vez hasta que el servicio sea capaz de responder correctamente o incluso el cierre repentino de la aplicación sin un motivo específico como por ejemplo el tipo de hardware, es algo aleatorio aparentemente. Adicional la carencia de un servicio técnico directo y en vivo, no hay alguna especie de chat que permita un soporte directo, se debe hacer la petición por correo electrónico.
Como lo mencioné en lo que más me gustaba, el mayor beneficio encontrado es el de revisar los avances del equipo, es decir, un completo monitoreo de actividades, gestión de clientes, entre otros, todo integrado en un mismo sitio sin tener que depender de programas de terceros o adquirir más licencias.
