The best feature is being able to see what your students are doing in real time and the ability to communicate with them privately for redirection.

Dislike that there are teachers who will add my kids to their watchlist while my class is still going on.

The product is very intuitive, and our teachers do not need a lot of training to understand all of its features and how they can use them in a classroom setting. It can be set up to always be on so the teacher does not have to remember to launch the software at the beginning of a class. It allows the teacher to limit specific websites from being launched. It can direct message students so a teacher can send a link in a chat message to all students or select students to access that site with a click.

I really don't have anything negative to share. We have used this product for years and our teachers really like it.

It allows us to filter out the web and only allow access to specific sites to have students take tests and quizzes in a secure environment where they can't open a tab and Google the answer to a question.
