At this point, there is nothing I really dislike. There are features that I am not using which over time I think will make billing better for us.
It works well for our company and it looks like it will be the backbone for running our company going forward. As a drop shipper if we can get our orders to our vendors quickly and in in a way that is easy for our vendors to understand we won't be in business.
It takes our orders and splits them into purchase orders that need to go to specific vendors. Our vendors can go online to a portal and see their orders so they don't miss orders. This sounds simple but it is not. We use to do this through screenshots and pdfs sent through emails. The back and forth through emails was great. This is now being eliminated.
