Its great for finding design specific job opportunities. While applying for jobs, the companies can directly view my portfolio which makes the application process relevant.

It has a lot of job listings and for new the new designers it gets difficult to be noticed from the established profiles.

Dribble hiring has simplified job hunting for designers as it focuses on creative job roles only which also helps connecting to recrutiers who value good designs.

I enjoy the huge curation of projects, you can find inspiration, as well as comment on others /, and ask for feedback on work. Also, the job posting board is awesome to connect with really awesome design agencies/studios.

I think the job posting board could be more in-depth, and host your resume right there on the platform. It would also be nice to be able to directly contact the hiring manager.

I think the problem that Dribbble is solving is providing talented designers with awesome opportunities that you may not have been able to find without the niched collection of jobs.

Crew is an app for work communication that lets team members chat, manage tasks, see schedules, trade shifts, give and get recognition, and read company announcements right on their phones.

Their translation is sometimes off. Sometimes if people are communicating in different languages, it doesn't translate well.

Team members know you value their time when you invest in tools that help them do their jobs better.

Gold stars can be received from peers which shows team members they are valued. This makes employees more productive.

As a designer, I understand that what does it mean to showcase your work with the right people. This is a platform where design artist showcases their creativity and people like me or non-designers can also make their account on the dribble and then they can hire the real talent according to their need. I usually got freelancing work from here.

There are very limited users so not you may get a little less exposure here.

You should try this for full time or part-time opportunities.

I upload all my design creatives here and I got likes and comments on these creatives, which really motivates me to do a great job every time.

As a designer, I would like to say that dribble is the best platform for inspiration.

The best part is customer service, they get solutions in a minimal timeline.

Dribbble is specifically for designers such as graphic designers, illustration designers, etc. Dribbble is an excellent site where I post my everyday design works. Not just to get more clients of my work, but also to get advice from professionals whether my design looks good or not.

Dribbble is a site where I search every day for new, creative design ideas from other creative designers. It helps me to brainstorm my ideas and new ones for them. Dribbble's interface, shot(post) publishing system, etc. looks very professional. I can explore for more creative designers, hire a specific designer or even contact them. Hiring a designer from Dribbble is very easy. I can whether list my job opening for designers to submit their work or I can search through designers.

The only thing I don't like about Dribbble is that the limitation for free users. Dribbble limits the shot options. Like if I am a free user, I cannot submit more than 1 image per post, then I cannot list the work if it's for sale, and they don't let me get access to other extra features. I think Dribbble should increase the limit to help out more designers who are just starting and cannot pay, such as students.

Everything else then that is perfect in Dribbble.

If what you are looking for is to redesign things in your company, you should definitely look for the designer in this program, it works very well when finding the right designer for your company and you have a wide variety to choose from, you can find without any problem the professional you are looking for, it has a very easy to use and modern interface.

There is nothing that really disgusts me, I work wonderfully because in this program I found staff who are really capable of doing quality advertising, I have no complaints.

Dribbble is one of the best, if not the best, programs for designing your company's logo or any advertising campaign you need. It connects you with professionals who can do the work for you, or if you are self-employed, you can do it yourself.

When we find this program, we can find new people for marketing. As our previous team used this program, we are really happy with it because we managed to do all our advertising. We like it so much that we are thinking about changing our company logo and doing it through this program. It works great.

I was tasked at GKBA to find suitable networkers and staff; decided to give Dribble an opportunity and was thoroughly surprised at it compared to other programs/sites.

A big con is the price point. Compared to other ventures, the price was way to expensive.

Some benefits were the candidate advanced search options and such. I am still fairly new to the program but I do look forward to view other services Dribble offers.

It is so easy and such a great way to review portfolios, and see awesome designs!

If I had one criticism it would be that the "in-crowd" sort of dominates the site. It's not impossible to get noticed, but it is very difficult, if not impossible, to supersede the top "Players".

When I first began designing (not too long ago). I had no knowledge of design, I was basically using other Wordpress themes and making really ugly websites. I found Dribbble by chance and I got myself a mentor. After a while he invited me to Dribbble and I started posting really crappy shots receiving a very low amount of likes. But instead I got a lot of comments with feedback, this feedback is what I value the most from Dribbble. This feedback got me to where I am today, it got me job offers from companies such as Trustpilot, Spotify, Piictu, Pinterest and Path. I love Dribbble and I recommend it to everyone out there.

Dribbble is great for design ideas and yeps my portfolio. It has really great people and the quality of content is excellent. Some of the best designers in the world use this, and it is inspirational.

I like that I am able to make excellent connections with other designers.

Could use better customer service and online help.

Really helps me with solving issues with networking, it’s easy to use all.
