I like the functionality and the features, especially the "tags" feature. Starting a Loop is easy and the customizing options are great. The consistency of the performance of Dotloop is helpful on a day to day basis. I also love the customer service!

My one issue with Dotloop is they limit some of the features on the lower scale accounts, compared to the Premium account. While this is understandable on some levels, there are some things they could offer on the basic account that would be helpful.

We are a high functioning real estate team and managing many clients and transactions. Dotloop takes away any lag and integrates well with the customer experience of using it.

How it streamlines the entire transaction process into one organized platform. Being able to create, send, sign, and store documents all in one place saves a lot of time and reduces the chance of things getting missed or lost.

It also makes collaboration much easier with clients, agents, and other parties since everything is trackable in real time. The e-signature feature is especially helpful for keeping deals moving quickly and efficiently without constant back-and-forth paperwork.

What I like least about dotloop is that it can feel a bit clunky or unintuitive at times, especially when navigating loops with a lot of documents or multiple parties involved. Small tasks sometimes take more clicks than they should, which slows things down when you’re trying to move quickly on a deal.

Dotloop makes real estate transactions so much easier. From fillable forms, to security - rest easy knowing that your form will be filled out correctly AND on time.

Nothing really, they are constantly releasing updates that allow for better user flow.

Dotloop is a cornerstone of our business. It has taken the pain out of getting documents signed. Buyer or seller in another town and need to get signatures? Easy - they're delivered in a second. It's awesome to know that I don't have to step away from my business if I want to take a vacation because I can always get things signed as needed and not need to be in person.

Ease of use, great interface, great features

Sometimes it will wipe out what you do when you type.

It's easy to use, it's secure, it's accessible from my phone or my laptop. Cloud based. So many other features. I love dotloop.

Writing my real estate contracts with Dotloop is incredibly straightforward. The range of features makes it easy to navigate through each contract.

At times, I encounter difficulties when trying to integrate other users.

This tool makes it much easier for me to keep all my documents and contracts organized.

Dotloop is easy to use and easy to share for signature. It has individual and team features. Support answers my calls within 3 minutes every time and the representative is able to resolve my call.

Not every counterparty uses the platform. When I receive documents from another document system, I have to upload them to my system.

I can keep all my forms and contracts in one place.

I went through their training, but most of the system is so intuitive, that it was easy to learn

Some things take more than 2 steps, but it’s still not too difficult.

I am new to this and I. The process of learning it, but it looks like it will be amazing.

The ability to upload any forms for electronic signatures, instead of having to go in person is so time saving.

It makes writing a contract from a tedius and time consuming thing, to a quick and easy task.

Mobile isn't easy enough and setting up a document on the go isn't worth the time.

Saves me needed time in writing an offer for my clients.
