High cost of installation

I mainly used dolphin so I could play YouTube music in the background, aka using another app while music played in the background although that does not work anymore

1. There are two apps in the App Store, which is confusing... or that it never notified me to update the old one until I found the newer one in the App Store

2. It no longer lets me play YouTube or browser audio in the background. I think this is been the case for the last year and a half

What I like about using Dolphin with Amazon is how we are able to accurately scan in packages to routes to account for all of the packages that are brought into our job site. It helps with our audits to make sure we do package our packages in correctly.

Sometimes when we scan packages im with using Dolphin, it can lag when we try to scan in multiples packages one after another.

It really helps audit packages or consumer goods when needing to audit.

The lag respond dolphin has as well.as how Accurately we are able to audit our receiving packages.

I work at a warehouse so I mostly use Dolphin to sort out and stow packages. What I like best is that you know the app is always right when it comes to where the packages come from and are supposed to go so it will automatically tell you when there was an error made prior to you getting it or if you're stowing it in the wrong place. Save you a lot of time if you pay enough attention

Not many things I dislike about is as it's pretty straightforward but like any app and device it can crash or not scan properly and you have to go back and reload it.

It basically helps us to stow packages in a way we always know where everything goes

It's very easy to navigate through a patients chart with shortcuts codes and the F11 feature to send message to anyone who is logged in or a specific user is great.

I wish I could use both my screens to have 2 patients acct up at one time.

Dolphin support is the best help with anything

They include external links, so that we do not have to load all products in all areas. Easy to download, use and direct, Saves time in the processing of reservations, reports are adaptable, so you can see their figures and statistics. The interface ease is excellent and you can even transfer reservations to other files or replicate reservations / tickets to save time.

Need to be more flexible in exchange rates and rules. When the system stops working or the interface box, it causes real problems and prevents us from working on receipts or invoices.

Excellent for creating reports. ability to delve into several fields. Inbox functionality, the various information fields within a folder. Easy to read.

It helps us with reservations and appointments worldwide. The ability to export invoices is excellent, as they can be long. Our reservations are in one place. Our documents are customizable and everything looks professional for the client. Payments can be taken here.

The market for plugins. It was very versatile. You could change the platform to your likings.

As for now, the software is discontinued. Maybe some user will forge a version and continue the legacy.

For now, go for UNA. Same company, new platform.

You can create any type of social network with it. Most functions are already there. And you can easily enahce the functionality with plugins.
