Docuxplorer File Management made easy! Organized documents in a clever software.

What do you like best about DocuXplorer?

The ease of storing important scanned documents and managing them is effortless. The customer service is very helpful as well. If anything I need help with, I never have to wait a long to to be contacted. On the administrator side of Docuxplorer, setting up users is very easy and it is easy to set privileges as well.

What do you dislike about DocuXplorer?

The only thing is some of the scanning capabilities, but I've been made aware that you can do something to scan wirelessly. They do allow you to use third-party software to be able to scan remotely. They have also recently changed their interface of the software. It may take a bit to get used to, but it is fantastic.

What problems is DocuXplorer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem being resolved is keeping documents in one place, and that is well organized. The ease of scanning right into this software is efortless. We have about 10 to 12 users logged into at once scanning into docuplorer. If a patient is in need of a copy of a document we can easily locate this document in docuxplorer.

What do you like best about DocuXplorer?

This program is easy to use when looking up documents from bills to tax forms.

What do you dislike about DocuXplorer?

Documents are scanned in bulk and at times the program will not save the document saved and it will allow you to have a view where there should be a document.

Recommendations to others considering DocuXplorer?

This program is great for what it is. Quick scanning and uploading of documents and easily search documents by type.
