What do you like best about Docusign?Digital watermarks that capture location, date, and time for signing legal documents are incredibly useful for both parties. It effectively notarizes the document without either party needing to pay additional out-of-pocket costs or waste time going to a notary.What do you dislike about Docusign?Recommendations to others considering Docusign?Being able to download a PDF of the signed document, or simply access it again later, is also very helpful. Once you learn how to use it and get comfortable navigating the UI, it becomes very simple and doesn’t require additional help. The proposal integration is very good as well, and overall it feels very cost-effective for a scalable business.What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?It is NOT mobile friendly. Coaching someone remotely on how to navigate it can be incredibly difficult, particularly if they are not tech savvy. It can be very buggy. Changing the signature or the initials to be custom can be a pain and it doesn't get saved. The tabs to signature points frequently aren't easy to see.

An unexpected benefit I've discovered is how much easier it is to keep records. This may seem minor, but when you're trying to keep up with a busy workload, those extra minutes add up. Having more advanced template customization and easier ways to reuse previous workflows would help reduce manual steps and improve efficiency. Another area for improvement is the reporting and tracking experience. While I can see the status of documents, I would appreciate more detailed dashboards that provide a clearer view of pending actions and completion trends. This would make it easier to stay organized and prioritize follow-ups. I can send agreements for signature in minutes, see who has opened or signed them, and follow up quickly when something is still pending, even when the parties are in different locations. It’s beneficial because I can use it to complete and sign forms, and I can also send forms to other parties for their signatures.
