The convenience of being able to sign documents without having to meet or travel. Very user friendly.

Usually when a document is open it skips right to the signature line when I think it should take time to read and scroll through the document too.

Docu sign has been a great addition to my arsenal of tools. what I like best about DocuSign is it's easy format and the time that it saves me from getting wet signatures

I really don't have too many complaints about DocuSign The only issue that I would say is that they don't have a live customer service person to talk to it's done mostly through chat if there is an issue

It is a time saver I don't have to go to clients houses and get signatures I can do everything over the Internet is also a very well secured site.

It's absolutely amazing. It's the future of Signing and making your life easy when you are in a rush or when someone doesn't have a printer. It makes you life easy.

I honestly can't say that there's anything wrong with it. I believe it is developed so well that there's not much need for improvement. I could be wrong though.

The fact that alot of people complain about not having a printer and having to go to the library. I tell them I'll send and email and they have it done asap. Business is faster.

Signatures, initials and dates are not auto populated in signature spots like Digital Ink (that’s a time saver) would be breat if they had a button to ask if you want to use that feature. Sometimes it can take up to 1/2 hr just to place signatures... maybe longer

It gets the job done. I am able to fairly easily send any real estate document I need signed thought my ziplogix system - but editing and adding documents is sometimes a little cumbersome. The error checking and notification systems are good and speed is excellent.

The biggest issue I have with the system is the ordering of sending of documents to multiple parties. It does not like any inconsistencies with the way you order the signers - so I have had it fail and not notify me.

I use it daily for listing agreements, purchase agreements, disclosures, and just about everything that requires a signature.

Every real estate transaction comes with an immense amount of paperwork and Dousign for Real Estate really makes getting signatures so much easier. It's easy to use, and has all the functionality you need. Signers, even those not tech saavy have no problem using the software, and it's great how it can be done on a phone tablet or computer. Docusign has also advanced the document editing capabilities, which is often used in conjunction with preparing a document for signature.

I dislike that all the history generated by the user is owned by the company and not the user. If you change company or even just email address, you lose access to everything. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever about Docusign.

Docusign for Real Estate solves the problem of needing to meet people in person for signatures. This saves much time and energy in the process of a real estate transaction. Now also, I almost never need my PDF editing software as that capability has expanded within Docusign as well.
