I like most of tools like highlight the word and edit also. Pdf merge OCR feature are very good with best.

There are nothing to dislike because it help me to complete my work with designated timing so i dont dislike this. Otherwise it may be more improve and add another feature time to time.

Since I am working with documents on a daily basis I really need a good productivity app for efficient workflow management. As soon as I found and employed this wonderful suit, working with documents has stopped being tedious and time-consuming. All the scanning, editing, printing, highlighting, etc. is fast, seamless, and hassle-free now because I've got software that takes care of it all.

There is some discrepancy between the versions based on which OS you are using but this is understandable. It happens with most software out there

Editing PDFs in Document 365 is convenient because the program is created specifically for those who deal with PDFs all the time. You can create tables, forms, pages and add watermarks. The reading feature is also fairly well-designed. Apart from that, PDF Reader (part of Document 365) greatly eases the faxing process as well as adding your signatures to all kinds of documents. Dealing with PDFs is fairly simple now - PDF Reader and all its tools are pretty great, both wide-ranging and easy to work with. Project management and document collaboration is also a bit easier with Document 365.

The PDF Reader is a truly multifunctional tool - I haven't yet used an application that was able to really simplify how I deal with PDFs and other kinds of documents. Best thing about it - I can take care of editing, adding e-signatures and sharing the documents all on my phone or tablet, and the fact that I don't need to use my laptop or PC for that is highly convinient.

In general, this application is pretty good. However, it would be great if the trial version was a bit longer - 14 days might not be enough for everyone.

Definitely use the cloud that comes with Document 365 - it makes working across several devices much easier and way more productive.

Since I do deal with quite a few PDFs on the daily basis, having an app that allows me to easily convert documents, create and fill in forms, have all my digitized document in the cloud that comes with Document 365, I just get quite a bit out of this app/suite, so it's pretty nice, overall.

The best thing about this app is that it its scanning ability. The user can fax documents from the app and convert them in no time - so it's quite multi-functional. I think the features are well thought-out and the interface is nice. When you open the app, the tools are laid out nicely (interface-wise) in order for a person to get accustomed to the app easily. I also like how the features are chosen by creators for different types of devices. For instance, the mobile (iOS/Android) editions have night mode feature for reading, while the laptop versions don't have one since it's not really necessary for a laptop, but there are other features created specifically for them.

The uploading function in the Mac version doesn't always work as well as I'd like it to. It works only half the time, probably because there are some issues in cooperation between Finder and the software. Besides, if the loading was successful, it would still take too much time processing, unfortunately. But in general, these issues aren't crucial.

I recommend trying different versions of this software (both mobile and laptop) since they have features that serve different purposes. For instance, mobile version is great for reading because of the good night mode and so on.

This software saves me a lot of time. I use the PDF Reader/Scanner basically every day - both at work and at home. Document 365 is also a great collaboration tool - it's easy to share files, manage them and while this isn't really a PM software, you can still get quite a bit done.

I like that all the files are protected with two-factor authentication, so I know my documents stay secure. This suite offers a good way to digitize and organize all your documents, work with PDFs (there is a pretty decent PDF reader available), do some collaboration and project management. So a little bit of everything.

I don't like the complicated registration process you have to go through. Kdan Mobile constantly recommends its other applications and it can be a bit annoying. In addition to this, Document 365 always requires authentication, which may also seem a little irritating to do every time, although I do appreciate the security aspect of it.

Despite some of the disadvantages, the application is quite functional. I use it both at work and at home, mainly the PDF reader for document conversion.

Several features stand out amongst the other ones due to being quite useful. For instance, the cropping feature in the Android version is well-designed and I use it a lot. It's also nice that I can connect a printing device to a smartphone or laptop and print documents right away. It's possible to fax files as well, which saves me a lot of time. And another nice feature - file conversion. Files can be easily converted right in the app which saved so much time.

Concerning the Android version, there are some issues that make working in the app less than convinient occasionally. First of all, it look me a long time to get how to load new files into the app. Moreover, when a file is loaded, it's possible to get the error message and you aren't able to open the file at all. One more thing that I don't like about this software is that a folder can't be renamed. A single file can be, but not the whole folder, unfortunately.

If, after downloading of the app you also experience the problem with loading new files, try loading them to Kdan cloud and after that loading them into the app. I tried it and basically that's the only way I doit now. To be honest, I think it's even better because that way there are less chances of losing files since you keep everything online and can access them from any device.

Generally, using this app is like having a personal assistant, only an electronic one. Besides, the app provides all the necessary tools you need to work with PDFs - editing, scanning, printing, faxing, reading, converting. I think it's crucial for an app to come with lots of tools, especially in terms of working with PDF files.

This Kdan Mobile application is very functional, but what I love most is that they do their job very well. In addition to a nice interface and a simple registration process. I'm able to keep all my documents and PDFs secure and in one place. The PDF Reader app that's part of Document 365 is also not bad - all kinds of PDF editing tools and other features that make working with documents a breeze.

It'd be great if there was a way to collaborate on documents with Document 365 - real-time document collaboration would make this so much more functional and truly useful.

I recommend getting the yearly subscription since you save money that way and can use all the tools right away.

I'm now able to work more with PDFs - if before I had a couple of operations, now I can use the PDF Reader to edit, convert, highlight and add signatures to all my PDFs. It's very easy.
