I really like the ease of use of this application. In a moment, I can see what my patients think of me, which helps me improve my medical practice. It is very simple and centralizes other review sites.

We thought we were getting some reputation management, but it seems like this was not happening. In fact, when I looked, we were paying four times what I am currently paying and getting a lot fewer services, and it just was not worth it. I was so happy to leave doctor.com, so much so that I felt like I got ripped off for the two years we used their services.

We were paying close to a thousand dollars a month to get what they called reputation management and online presence services that frankly did not exist or were not happening with this company. They were just draining me of my hard-earned money.

Nothing was solved; we never received the services we were paying for, in my opinion.
