Best MIS Software I've used in 30 years of business.

What do you like best about DocketManager?

Ease of use, fantastic GUI, support is second to none, very responsive cloud-based software, easy to learn and excellent on-line portal integration/creation tools.

What do you dislike about DocketManager?

Just some minor things in the accounting portion of the software, but more personal "fussy" things rather than function of the software!

Recommendations to others considering DocketManager?

There is a bit of a learning curve, especially if you are coming off of another system. Be patient and once you grasp the way DocketManager works, you'll wonder why you didn't switch sooner!

What problems is DocketManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

No order entry errors, as DocketManager makes it easy to spot any missing entry items or issues. Saving time order entering with the amazing on-line customer portals. More profit on jobs, better customer retention once we get them signed up to on-line ordering.

What do you like best about DocketManager?

This is the best MIS for the Money.. They have excellent Customer service...Glitches are fix immediately..They have only ording built in. They listen. They are proactive. They call you to see how you are doing. And best of all they understand our business.

What do you dislike about DocketManager?

They need to reduce the number of clicks needed to accomplish some tasks.

Recommendations to others considering DocketManager?

This is great software. if you want customer support then this is the software for you.

What problems is DocketManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nice to hear from people quickly. Communication is everything.

Flat file database rather than a relational database.

Takes a lot of time to setup your system to fully functioning.

What do you like best about DocketManager?

They have a lot of features for our printing company that our old system doesnt have which will make it easier to do more with this software. Also like that you can access it from anywhere.

What do you dislike about DocketManager?

It can be complicated at times to setup and train employees as there is so much this program can do.

What problems is DocketManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are still in the setup phase and have just went live this week so the team has been super helpful on getting us online and all setup. Great system, very helpful staff.
