DialMyCalls made it easy to register our number to prevent it from being flagged as spam. This part of the process was free whereas other services charge a fee. The plans offered fit our organization well.

I had issues with the free trial. After signing up for the trial I was only able to send one test message before getting error messages about my number being unregistered or exceeding message limits

We were using group texts to communicate with members and if one member sent a reply everyone in the chat received it we are now able to send alerts and updates to members and if one replies that information only comes back to us

It has a nice dashboard and great design and has lots of options for plans that meet my needs.

They are stuck to dealing with carrier approvals. Not their fault, but the only thing that has been a problem thus far.

DialMyCalls is exactly what we were looking for. The portal is so easy to use. The Chat feature was very helpful to answer my questions when I was setting up the account. The pricing is so much less than our previous provider and the service is 100 times better. The performance is exactly what we needed. The ability to preload messages was very helpful, especially when using the services for emergency notifications.

I have not found a downside yet. So far it is better than I hoped for.
