Enterprise is very user friendly. Great accounting system. Great for multi practice owners.

The updates that fix one problem can tend to create another.

We keep track of all patient charts, health, insurance, data etc Great version of dentrix!
What do you like best about Dentrix Enterprise?
It helps offices that have multiple locations integrate with one another and makes scheduling easier between offices without having to reach out to the other office to see their schedule

The "unsuspending" money process in patients ledgers in order to allocate the funds to the correct providers

At times loading can take some time; often, you must have to restart.

I would recommend changing the layout; it appears very outdated compared to other tracking platforms.

The upgrade helped a lot with creating reports from the patient list. You are able to save the reports now.

When setting up, you have to remember to check the settings for the colors so that you match the rest of the company.

Great program
What do you like best about Dentrix Enterprise?
I liked getting away from paper charting to a program that is all encompassing. On place to check charts, notes, treatment plans, etc.
What do you dislike about Dentrix Enterprise?
It's a complex program so we had to hire a 'Dentrix' specialist to be on site full time.
What problems is Dentrix Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are pretty minimal and are usually just something that we have to fix on the back end because we may not have thought of it as we were building the templates.
