High functionality and easy to use
What do you like best about Deltek Ajera?
Full project management integrated with timesheets, expense reports, accounts payable, etc. Ease of writing and using dashboards and widgets
What do you dislike about Deltek Ajera?
It is slow. Click Once is slow. Payroll is not functional enough to allow us to use it. Needs more API connectivity with other systems.

Very Detailed Data and Even Better as You Learn
What do you like best about Deltek Ajera?
My ability to get very detailed data. Having worked with it for so long (first with LPAS and now with Interactive Resources), I feel that the more I learn, the more I like it.
What do you dislike about Deltek Ajera?
Having to use Ajera Schema to customize reports can get a bit confusing and complicated sometimes. I also wish I know how to use & create Widgets better.
What problems is Deltek Ajera solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking data by specific items such as project type is helpful in know what type of projects are more profitable.

What do you like best about Deltek Ajera?
I have been a user of Deltek products (Sema4 and Ajera) since 2001. Deltek consistently offers effective industry products supported with exceptional customer service.
What do you dislike about Deltek Ajera?
Can sincerely not identify anything I dislike about Ajera. It is a great product that I've been using since 2013 for two different A&E firms from setup to implementation.
What problems is Deltek Ajera solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deltek remains consistently up to date with industry and market trends. The excellent team at Deltek does this heavy lifting so we can focus on running our business.

Flexible Invoicing with Detailed Task and Budget Breakdowns
What do you like best about Deltek Ajera?
The ability to invoice directly from the software. Invoice are able to meet client requests with task/phase breakdown, remaining budget, etc.
What do you dislike about Deltek Ajera?
It does not allow for PTO accrual based on the total number of hours an employee worked.
What problems is Deltek Ajera solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's meeting our client needs and requests for invoicing. This is one of the main reasons why we decided to switch platforms.

Changes, freezes up sometimes. Forced to be on the cloud is not a great plan for our firm.
