Very Robust and Fast Servicing System

What do you like best about defi SERVICING?

It is Software as a Service and really tied in with their Loan Origination System. The transfer of Data is instant and without any issues. The account history, Notes and reporting feature is one of the best available in the industry.

What do you dislike about defi SERVICING?

Recommendations to others considering defi SERVICING?

There are some glitches once in a while but Defi staff is great with resolving that quickly and they are constantly working on improving the overall system. Some functions need to manage more efficiently but it doesn't bother as there is a workaround for it.

What problems is defi SERVICING solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their system is fully configurable and improving over time. The reporting is tied in tightly and very easy to work with. All the features and available tools can make your life easy. Onboarding is quite easy and their support team is one of the best that I have dealt with.
