I like how simple Datto SaaS Protection is to set up and manage. All you have to do is connect it to a Microsoft Tenant and it's so simple to start backing up Teams, OneDrive, Exchange365 and Sharepoint. It just works and continues to work. Integrating new clients makes it incredibly simple. The pricing is also so straightfoward and allows those working with MSPs to easily sell backup as a service.

There are some gaps in reporting. I would like to have better notifications on backups, especially with backups that spike in size, new users, stagnent users, and new Sharepoint sites and Teams channels.

I use Datto SaaS Protection to quickly and easily back up Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. It's simple to set up and manage, allowing me to effortlessly add clients and adjust backup schedules. Being able to quickly add and modify backup schedules for multiple clients with a few clicks helps make things easy.

It's a simple but powerfull cloud backup. I use it to backup my work files and files I share with my team.

SaaS Protection does one thing and it does it well: it backs up Exchange, Onedrive, SharePoint and Teams data.

Unfortunately, there's currently no support for backing up archive mailboxes or 1 to 1 Teams chats.

Customer support is awesome. Datto SaaS provides ease of mind for clients knowing they can access emails or files if they were accidently deleted.

honestly there is not much I can comment on in terms of dislike. Things can get expensive but overall it is a great resource.
