We love having all our Gym software on a single platform and ABC has the best accout management and support we have ever seen.

Excited about future upgrades to the full ABC IGNITE suite.

Having all our staff and all our members on a single platform for membership, sales and personal training reduces our overhead and enhances our member experance.

My favorite feature is that MICO allows our members to update their accounts and billing right on their phone! Keeps the billing simple and effective for our member. Great for customer service!

The only issue we had was having all of our current members have to create their accounts when we first switched- a lot of members were struggling at first.

Members are able to live update their billing information on file!

I like that customer support is very easy to access and low call wait times

I did like having to manually add classes on calendar per class instead of adding all at once.

Customer service is always there to help with any questions if you get confused.

Honestly it makes my job easy in most cases when work is the concern.

I like how easy it is to navigate and how user friendly it is. Even for new employees

Sometimes it will log you out automatically and that can be annoying. Other than that it is great!

We resolve many issues with DataTrak. It also helps us keep track of our members information and our own internal stats

It’s a great system which keeps member documents and personal info confidential.

Sometimes the system auto bills members even after putting cancellation document through.

Signing up members and processing sales in the club with buying extras or booking appointments.

I think the thing that most stands out about Data Trac is their customer service. It’s excellent and they help you with anything regarding the software.

It is an extremely in depth program so it take a lot of learning.

I work at a gym so we use it for everything. All of our clients, accounts, schedules, everything is there.

I like how the DataTrak Club Management software professionally displays and tracks member's info within my gym facility. I can easily pull up anyone's account and resolve any issues while at the same time being able to see everything clearly without having to dig too deep into hidden menus and user-interface clutter.

I guess I could say that the appearance of the user-interface could be either changed slightly through software updates or completely overhauled to give itself a more modern look and feel with today's standards in software.

Trust me, this club management software makes handling all sorts of tasks so much easier. It's what makes the gym function. I would definitely recommend this product to any club that's starting out.

I have realized that DataTrak Club Management software reduces the hassle of logging members with pen and paper since you can easily scan anyone into the club with a single motion. The software has made everything better with club management.

I like how I can monitor communications and stay protected from unwanted/unauthorized access.

I’m trying to solve fraud and I’ve realized that the call recording is a huge benefit to that!

It is easy to stay in track with new members.

Hobestly there is nothing that I do not like about MyiClub.

As I said earlier I keep in track with new people that wanna try the gym or people that are already a members.

I love the easy of clicking check in and the. Pos, and the fact that only management can do pop up alerts.

I dislike the muted color scheme, I am more of a colorful person.

DataTrak allows for an organized work environment and flow of checking in a large amount of people.
