I cant do without a service like data tracks Easy to use & great customer support

Customer Support is very helpful. I work on my own doing these returns so having Data tracks support is a great help

It can sometimes be out of sync with Central Bank changes.

You could add some notifications when user logs in so I know that something has changed such as taxonomy

What I liked most about the service by DataTracks is the ability to communicate with an actual person when needed. Girija Ramaraj was very responsive and had my back when I needed an IXBRL edited at a very short notice.

Phenomenal
What do you like best about DataTracks?
The simple UI, and the simple way it can be used anytime, with integration in our day to day jobs. With the multiple feature that it has, it can be used regularly and still be useful.
What do you dislike about DataTracks?
The customer support is slow to reply, but overall, it has been a great experince. The intial learning curve for implementation is high.
