Dash provides intuitive, quick ways for getting from one point to the next. The hyperlinked system allows for very easy training and use. The universal search bar is also very helpful for getting access to reports or features that speed things along.

Although customer service response time is exceptional, bug fixes or enhancement requests are inconsistent with speed, response time, or overall solutions. Depending on what you are setting up, the time spent setting up a league or program can take a little longer than what would be ideally expected.

Definitely run through a demonstration with them and ask for references. They are great at working with customers and reaching out to like customers for reliable, honest references.

All of our membership management, league & sports program management, and some of our field rental problems are solved by DASH. We've noticed a lower barrier to entry for new customers as well as faster training times for new employees.

It serves as a dual scheduling and purchase tool so we are able to easily track payments and events/activities going on.

They are slow to help with requests and are behind on the times when it comes to integrating with other platforms we use for our business. Only a few people in the business know how to use the platform

It is going to get the job done but it won't wow you with features or use. For it's price point it is an affordable option.

Because everything is scheduled in one platform if purchases/scheduling are put in properly it is easy for managers and other employees to pick up what others were working on.
