I really like the amount of information displayed in an alert. I also like the remote shell option which enables you to run powershell commands in the bachground. Also really nice having the file explorer option to retrieve or search for certain files on a machine. I also love the IR tools option for doing IR tasks.

The only thing I don't love is the interface which is sometimes not very intuitive.

It helps solving Incidents on user machines. It also helps somewhat stop an attack from spreading by containing the device (depends on the situation).

It assists us in identifying threats within our organization, allowing us to take effective mitigation or remediation actions.

The threat intel it provides with regards to malicious activites going on in the environment, the attack tree feature which helps to navigate between process trees seamlessly with ease, while at the same time the amount of information shown regarding the flagged processes is just incredible.

Apart from that the remote shell and isolate features help in contianing the threat real time, I Would definitly recommend using this tool if you aren't already.

I think it needs to be able to take action on the critically suspicious tasks on its own rather than having user intervention, that would definitly improve the containment time.

It protects you against all kinds of attacks. Its deployment is especially very easy, you won't have a lot of configuration to set up.

It doesn't bother me at all, but some of my colleagues have noted that there are files related to the software being created on the computer.

Cybereason runs scans (signature-based) on a schedule, so it definitely checks a compliance box. It can also detect behavioral processes that might indicate an attack. Then it combines and correlates data into a nice attack path/tree for viewing. Previously, Cybereason was the self-acclaimed expert on ransomware defense.

What I like about this tool is that it is an advanced AI system, it has even automated analysis capabilities, it has strong endpoint protection, and it allows even unattended management since it is important to have a tool that can execute protections while staying online without requiring other systems

I have no problems with this tool; I have learned from the way this tool presents the reports and how it executes its functions efficiently, In addition, its operations generate more efficiencies in the organization.

It doesn't have a reporting feature where we can extract data for clients ex. vulnerability report per client's endpoints.

I like that the platform can detect and block ransomware attacks before it even has a chance to take hold. Cybereason also has the ability to predict potential attacks and create prevention plans to stop them. This is a great tool for companies that are struggling with ransomware.
