"Great Value, simple to use!"

What do you like best about Customerly?

Customerly is simple to use and is great value for money, and the Free plan is a fantastic way to get started with customer service, and easy to scale up with some of their more advanced features.

What do you dislike about Customerly?

The UI is a little Bubbly, but with an amazing new UI design on the way, im not stressed about it!

What problems is Customerly solving and how is that benefiting you?

i build business facing intergrations for services and provide a management interface through a website as well as provide standalone internal tools/sites for businesses. i used customerly to provide customer support to all of these sites.

allowing me to quickly respond to problems, and enquires on both my management site, and customers internal sites.

they also provide a mobile app for on the go communication!

- The free tier has almost all the features that a small company would require.

- Pro version has more exciting features.

Easy to use interface from both the owner and customer perspective.

The automated chat feature. It can be a little daunting or frustrating at times.

What do you like best about Customerly?

What I adore about Customerly is that it has 3 distinct modules: live chat, pamphlet/email mechanization and review spring up. I just utilize the two first thus far it's been extraordinary. The live chat gadget looks smooth and works fine and dandy and I'm now making some email arrangements to computerize pamphlets and pipes for individuals who buy in through my site.

What do you dislike about Customerly?

The main thing I don't care for is that individuals don't present their subtleties specifically to Customerly, so I need to import messages occasionally, yet it is anything but a major ordeal.

What do you like best about Customerly?

I got the application sumo bargain. I preferred the visit it's so natural. I mean in 10 minutes you can have it on your site. I didn't utilize the email parcel.

What do you dislike about Customerly?

When I would go to google chrome to login it would reliably fail and invigorate at regular intervals. Mozilla worked and it appears as this never got fixed.

What problems is Customerly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I accept can be a long haul arrangement. I think other email programs are further developed, however customerly makes things less demanding.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Customerly?

The app sends me notifications, easy to use both online and in the app, can see the page someone last visited, picks up email address and when offline can be emailed, options for feedback and survey forms, easy to communicate with support

What do you dislike about Customerly?

Nothing so far, I've only used the app for a month and it's all worked perfectly

They listen to customers and as a new and innovative company, they're making changes and heading in the right direction.

I have a membership and wanted my members to have access to me directly if they had questions. The Customerly interface is easy to use and what I like best is they have an app. This makes life so much easier in a mobile world.
