What do you like best about Cumulus?

east of use, and simple processes. Out training is lower than with other providers and we save a bundle

the pricing structure could be better and also tech support sometimes lags but isn't too bad.

It's linux based. Open source. Easy to learn.

What do you dislike about Cumulus?

You can't do much on Cumulus VX. You have to buy physical switches to perform labs.

Please try this for explanding your knowledge.

What problems is Cumulus solving and how is that benefiting you?

My things was to learn about cumulus. It's really beneficial to install linux on any vendor's hardware so it's like all using same OS.

Good product and customer support, lacks final finish

What do you like best about Cumulus?

Open networking compared to being locked into a specific vendor or lineup of products

What do you dislike about Cumulus?

Lack of support for "older" models. The compatible products quickly lose support for updates and newer versions of the OS.

What problems is Cumulus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplifying configuration and networking equipment lineup across the networks. It has excellent support for automating everything as it's built on top of Linux.

Interop tester and I test my switches with many other vendor devices including Cumulus Cumulus review

The commands and CLIs are more likely as linux and this helps a great deal

What do you dislike about Cumulus?

Giving "net commit" always is sometimes tiring and it would be nice if there's a straight commit.

What do you like best about Cumulus?

Cumulus had a large storage capacity to store photos.

What do you dislike about Cumulus?

While Cumulus seemed like a good platform for our photo database, after several years, we realized it wasn't meeting our needs. It wasn't user friendly, clients had a hard time downloading and finding items, there wasn't an methodical way to help organize your assests.

What problems is Cumulus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a platform that could house thousands of photos; however, it wasn't able to grow and expand with our needs.
