CTM eContracts does it all!

What do you like best about CTM eContracts?

Contracts are very easy to fill-out. The ability to share documents for both the buy-side and sell-side of a transaction is very powerful. CTM eContracts also has a built in eCalendar and it will remind you daily of all your upcoming deadlines across all your transactions. All communications can be done using the CTM eContracts email system. Excellent for tracking everything involved in a real estate transaction.

What do you dislike about CTM eContracts?

I love this tool - no downsides. But, make sure to take the training because there are so many features to learn.

Easy to use and powerful. Make sure you take the training they offer because there are so many features.

What problems is CTM eContracts solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agent to agent collaboration is excellent. Tracking dates - we don't miss any dates because CTM eContracts will remind me of due dates on a daily basis.
