Nothing at the moment. I think the software is great.

Corptax - Tool for your tax needs

What do you like best about CSC Corptax?

The ease of use makes it probably the best software to work at preparing tax returns.

What do you dislike about CSC Corptax?

If corptax web instead of opening in a browser was just an other option in corptax that would make it easier.

What problems is CSC Corptax solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me prepare federal and international returns. Once I import in the trial balance, most of the things are taken care of by the software, which makes it easier for the tax preparer.

The best part corptax is, its user friendly feauture. It is best to correct your journal enteries and correct any account. It give you guidance while preparing and filing the return.

What do you dislike about CSC Corptax?

Only problem you can face sometime is finding the correct path to input the amount in correct code.

Recommendations to others considering CSC Corptax?

Corptax is faster and more user friendly in preparing tax returns.

What problems is CSC Corptax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps me prepare federal and state returns. We just need to import in trial balance in it and half of the return is prepared for you.

Ease of consolidation between entities and organization of data.

Sometimes you have to play around with different aspects of the software if you need to update certain values. Not the most straightforward.

corptax - no better tax software

What do you like best about CSC Corptax?

I have used all of the tax softwares there are and this is the best.

What do you dislike about CSC Corptax?

I do not like that some jurisdictions are still not supported through corptax.

What problems is CSC Corptax solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are making return season a lot more efficient by using this software. The software gets about 80% of the returns correct.

it is very easy to organize a lot of entities both domestic and foreign.

because this software typically deals with many entities, it was harder to learn and slower than other tax software I used probably due to the size of the company Corptax deals with

Corptax is used to file tax returns and prepare income tax provision for a very large company.

Decent for consolidating tax info

What do you like best about CSC Corptax?

I like that the interface is simple and easy to use. It's self explanatory and hardly needed any outside instructions.

What do you dislike about CSC Corptax?

I didn't like how long it took to input sometimes, may have been only an issue on our end though.

What problems is CSC Corptax solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solved all our tax info to minimize risk of error on our end.

The software is very intuitive and easy to learn and use. It includes all latest updates from the tax reforms and is a must tool for tax filers.

The software is a little slow in processing data. It takes time to load between screens and slows down with multiple logins.

We have used corptax for international filings for US corporations. The software provides a holistic way to access the data.
