I find Cryoserver incredibly valuable for our clients' email archiving needs. It makes email archiving and retrieval painless, quick, and efficient. Transferring existing archives is very easy and straightforward, and setting up clients with no existing email archive is quick too. I also like that their support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, which has been very helpful in the setup process. Additionally, integrating Cryoserver with M365 systems means clients can easily access their archives with single sign-on.

So far I have no complaints!

Cryoserver is a great product, an effortless, secure and easy to use email archiving solution that has helped us and our clients with our email archiving needs. It has an easy to navigate interface and the search and retrieval functionality is easy to use and not forgetting the exceptional customer support service from Robin, Merlin and generally the whole Cryoserver team. I have never experienced that kind of support and it’s clear that Cryoserver genuinely cares about ensuring customer satisfaction and we are indeed satisfied.

The archive search and access process can be time-consuming for end users, especially when retrieving older emails, as it requires multiple filters and steps. The user interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly for frequent archive access. Some advanced configurations also require vendor support rather than being fully self-service.

The Cryoserver support engineer Abhay Gupta provided timely and effective assistance in addressing our storage utilization concern. The additional archive storage was added smoothly, and the process was well coordinated without any operational impact. Communication was clear throughout, and the resolution was completed as expected. Overall, a positive support experience.

The system is so simple to use, very quick and efficient. The support team are excellent, cannot fault it at all.

Its a shame is doesn't archive a folder structure based on the users preference, but the way the system archives is pre-mailbox so wouldn't see the folder structure anyway.

Data retention is always an issue, especially with storage restrictions and costs. This solves that by simplifying archiving.

Nothing :-) Cryoserver is the best software

Users don’t take up my time searching for old emails — they can find them on their own. In addition, all mail is archived in a secure location.

It is a great product for archiving emails. We have been with Cryoserver for many years. They continue to develop a good stable product.

Haven't come across anything that I dislike about them.

Well email archive provides archiving feature and also can be integrated with outlook etc where you can search your emails easily in one place, no need to be worried when there's email deletation, saves spaces in mailbox by allowing restore function if needed so user can clear their mailbox if they like.

Whenever we needed support for our customers, they were always extremely courteous and competent. We were always able to get all our needs solved.

The GUI is complex. Perfect for power-Admins, but I You only log-in a few time per year, its hughe.

It stores email.

The ease of searching and the speediness of the results. The Admin interface and simplicity of using it

The abilty to have the resets in many formats - we like the PDFs best

The search facility and it's flexibility is, by far. the best thing about Cryoserver.

Being totally honest, I don't think there is anything I dislike about it.

Cryoserver allows users in our company search for and restore their own emails without having to involve the IT department. It also allow us to quickly build up GDPR Data Subject Access Requests from employees. Fantastic Product.
