With Crowdbabble I am able to uncover my most influential followers, when the best time to post is and which content works best. This will enable me to be a more effective social media professional and deliver better results for my clients.

Nothing off the top of my head. Their Instagram analytics does take a little long to load but a little patience goes a long way! But once it's loaded it's super fast.

GIve it a try! They have a great trial feature.

I am able to come up with engaging content that appeals to my followers. This will help increase the organic reach of our brand.

Facebook insights. Really allows me to figure out why certain things are happening on my page.

no Pinterest support. They say they are rolling this out soon though.

I'm solving problems connect to Instagram and Twitter analysis. The benefit is that my client knows how my work is going on.

What I like best about Crowdbabble is its visualizations. Facebook and Instagram already have much of the similar reporting data as Crowdbabble but, Crowbabble shows it in a way that is easier to digest. It is also real time so it updates daily and doesn't just show weekly data. I also like that Crowdbabble goes deeper into the analytics and lets you see impressions and engagement amongst even the different filters you use on Instagram.

What I dislike about Crowdbabble is that once it shows you the data of your social media engagement it does not give you any recommendations or next steps. It shows you what is happening on your social media and how people are engaging but doesn't give you the why necessarily which is extremely important when defining your social media strategy.

Crowdbabble helps me determine how my followers are interacting with my social media and what content is most likely to drive engagement/ drive more sales.

Crowdbabble is pretty great at group targeting your audience and providing analytics based on your target. I love their geo-tracking feature which gives performance report based on location and time. They also provide email reports directly, and you can add collaborators to your account. Their best feature is still their in-depth analysis of followers, which has been of tremendous help in my engagement and follower growth. Works best for Instagram and Twitter.

A bit pricey for it's features, and it doesn't support all social media. The design could also use some work.

Using Crowdbabble has been a saving grace in managing my social media handles, especially Instagram and Twitter. It has improved my engagement ad boosted growth, and helped understand my audience better.
