Great system to track and schedule time
What do you like best about CrossConcept Continuum?
I love the simplicity of how we can effective log our time within one system and allocate time for resources.
What do you dislike about CrossConcept Continuum?
We implemented continuum psa just over 4 weeks ago and only use the time tracking and resource allocation modules which we haven't had any issues with to date!

This system is very cost effective and easy to implement and use.

CrossConcept Continuum brings all your PSA management requirements into a single app
What do you like best about CrossConcept Continuum?
All modules (CRM, Time & Expense, Project Planning, Resource Planning, Billing, etc) are full featured and tightly integrated saving effort with data entry and eliminating errors.
What do you dislike about CrossConcept Continuum?
It is currently in beta mode and we await the product's official release as we are very anxious to replace our existing PSA tool & processes.
Recommendations to others considering CrossConcept Continuum?
This Saas based app is a great value for your dollar. All questions and issues presented to CrossConcept support were quickly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.
What problems is CrossConcept Continuum solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an end-to-end integrated process for managing clients, projects & related activity will be key. We no longer will loose track of time that needs to be invoiced. Our manual processes have failed us in this area on occasion.
