very good tool, possible to schedule tasks and monitor its execution, very good way to track pipeline

sometimes not working calls option. but in general we like it very much

I like how CRM.me stores patients' information in one place, making it easy to access. The intuitive interface is great because it didn't take much training for our staff to quickly learn how to upload and retrieve patient files. This logical setup means we don't have to spend days training new staff, saving us a lot of onboarding time. I also appreciate that CRM.me integrates with Outlook or Gmail to sync patient appointments and email communications, keeping our calendar up to date without double booking. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, and the import tools worked well for migrating our old Excel data, allowing us to get most of our patient records running within a few days.

The mobile app experience isn't as robust as the desktop version. It can be a bit clunky when trying to view detailed patient charts on a smaller screen. The main issue is viewing detailed patient histories on a small screen. On the mobile app, you have to scroll endlessly to find specific notes or test results. It needs a better summary view for mobile.

I use CRM.me to centralize patient information, eliminating physical files and spreadsheets, which saves our team hours weekly. Its intuitive interface reduces onboarding time as staff quickly learn to locate records, and integrating with Outlook helps avoid double-booking appointments.

I love how direct the product is. Use is straight to the point.

To be honest, there is nothing to be disliked it pretty striaght forward.

It helps me collate all my customer and their categories according to my segments ! Customer segmentation, customer targeting, positioninig and then accordingly setting up plans

compared to other competititors it can do slightly better, but for this proce range it is okay

We use it for CRM, marketing and even in sales.
