Crew is a popular communication and scheduling app praised for its ease of use, particularly for team messaging, shift management, and announcements. Users appreciate its intuitive interface and integration with features like SMS and calendar reminders. While Crew generally receives positive feedback, some users have reported occasional glitches and issues with file uploads, notifications, and certain administrative functions. The app is considered a valuable tool for improving team communication and organization, but potential users should be aware of these limitations and consider a trial period for the Pro version to access advanced features.

I like that chatting with colleagues is easier than using any other apps. Also, the customer service is a lot easier to access
Nothing to dislike as of so far. If anything comes up i'm sure the customer service will be ontop of it
Communicating across our departments, and cross-province teams
Crew is so good and it's easy to use I can connect with Mukti people at a time and it's like a great achievement when you do lots of work with a great outcome and I really appreciate the team who created this
I don't like about crew is that it's take some steps to install it could be more easy and more efficient to use it's just need little improvement and otherwise it's great
Yes I would like to say it's time saver and good to use and it's great you can work with a fantastic family it has lot to offer just keep working and it will help you more
Crew helping me manage multiple task at a time it's like a team doing something for you and it feels amazing and good I love it I work on it it's easy and good
It has so many unique features that really bring the organization together. From being able to upload and download files to group txt messages, being able to CALL other representatives without needing a phone number, adding birthdays and schedules - or even tasks for jobs. Its a great tool.
Really wish it had an admin feature that could override personal information in case a Sales Representative isn't tech-savvy or being a little weird. Other than that, it has everything we need to stay alert and up to date.
Definitely worth the price but if you have more than 20-30 employees consider doing a trial of the PRO version, it offers so much more on top of all the cool free features ((:
We use it as our work calendar which avoids confusion and makes sure everyone is linked and on the same page for business meetings. We also put our personal sales calendars on there to know when we have site surveys, installations, final inspections amongst other things and it keeps us organized.
The thing I like most about Crew is that it is almost-idiotproof.
The thing I like least about Crew is that there is a user limit.
I recommend creating a bunch of smaller groups from the beginning.
Communication, quality & quantity, has increased.
I like that I can get a message out to our team in seconds, and if I need to, I can add a required response. Every team member can get the source's message, so there is no confusion or missed communication because the employee wasn't working or they weren't told. It is also a great way to recognize individuals for good work.
We have around 100 restaurants, and sometimes it is hard to find an individual employee because they use a nickname instead of their real name.
We can communicate at the store level without calling/emailing each store to communicate a message. We can also recognize individuals when a customer contacts us, letting them know that they are appreciated and did a great job.
The free version of Crew has been enough for our company, and for a tiny business like ours, that's fantastic. We are able to schedule events and allow our contractors to bid for them with a click. It's so simple.
They used to have a feature where it would push a notification when you were scheduled for a shift, and they got rid of that feature in a recent update. We miss that feature!
Our previous scheduling system involved a dry erase board, post its, a google calendar, and lots of texts and emails. Crew replaced ALL of those things. It has saved us hours each week.
I like how easy it is to contact the workers and you are able to give them gold stars
Being able to merge the schedule should be a little easier
Communication
Announcements. Document sharing. Gold stars.
Only downside is the task feature not as efficient as it could be for assignments for multiple people.
Simple. Amazing. Support is fabulous.
Team communications. Team announcements. And all important documents are located in one easy to navigate place.
What I like best about the Crew app is that I am able to easily contact all of my coworkers on the go without having to find their numbers.
There isn’t much that I dislike about this app.
The crew app sometimes slightly glitches.

This is the best app yet to keep in touch, brainstorm, schedule, and keep people in a group informed on what's happening and what's next. It not only has painless group/individual text messaging capabilities, but you can also record and send voice messages and even videos! I used it to send a short instructional of myself setting up a rather complicated piece of software, and people were able to replicate the algorithm. You can post schedules, schedules of shifts, etc. For the unpaid version, you are limited to 10 ppl per group, for paid is unlimited. Also, for the paid version you may have multiple admins. Also, you can use across multiple platforms: Android, iOS, Windows, and multiple devices per account, in parallel.
The only two things I dislike about crew are the following: If you try to send a message to everybody and you don't already have a conversation that you can reply to, you have to select everybody from the list individually. You cannot choose in bulk. The other very annoying thing for power users like me is that the app is always in portrait mode. It doesn't accommodate landscape mode. Also, there is a meager limit (10 ppl) for the unpaid version. Also, if you archive a thread by mistake, it is hard to recover it (counterintuitive). It doesn't have encription (as far as I know).
Crew is a great app, and it has a free and a paid version. You can download and use it for several separate groups. Highly recommended!
Instant group communication, calling unscheduled meetings, informing about emergencies. Also, brainstorming ideas, virtual voting, and virtual meetings. Also, scheduling shifts and keeping everyone informed. Also, training people in how to use software, and even hardware. Also, promoting and encouraging employees for special achievements. We even share jokes. The threads are separate and can be named accordingly so you can keep track of them.
