Creatio- Easy CRM & Workflow Automation
Creatio has worked well for our products. We use it as document and workflow management application. The support team is one of the best. Every year we do a version to version upgrade with 100% support. We have many customized features but that does not hinger or delay the version to version yearly upgrade.

It has efficiently streamlined the merging of our various projects, regardless of the physical distance separating our remote team members. More pre-built modules would significantly enhance user adoption, and we are looking forward to the upcoming updates that promise a broader range of composable modules.

With the freedom to build and automate solutions there are limitations in how quickly results are attained; essentially, nothing happens with the snap of one's fingers and that can be frustrating.
