The way it handles the HTML Canvas its awesome. Especially the animation using Sprite.

if it could provide support for gesture event handling.

It makes HTML canvas based game development very fast.

The flexibilty of containers, depth sorting, animations through sprite sheets, object oriented interface, higher number of particle rendering and much more. I use almost all features of these and create games and applications. The preload.js library helps in preloading assets. Easy installation, and cross browser support that the library is being developed for is great. The great community that supports the queries helps resolve issues very fast.

Learning curve that take to learn the library is little higher side but that does not hold back when we need to create stunning applications that the flexibilty from the library. There is still great scope for the library to improve. More and more applications must integrate this library to make use of the features.

While converting flash LMS courses to HTML5 based, CreateJs was a great tool. We had to create the templates in createjs and import all graphical elements from library from a tool I created in flash which exported the JSON. The JSON was the input for the CreateJs templates. Creating product designer tool, games, animations and much more. Converting targatable flash ad templates to HTML5, this template was a great addon.

Some documentation misses key content which sometimes require additional searching on the internet or reading through the createjs blog

It makes easy to work with canvas, makes it more manageable and allows you to create scalable animations, and games, with great performance across different platforms.

Not much, I think the amount of resources on the web is a little limited. They should work to have a more detailed source of templates, examples, and documentation maybe.

I use createjs to develop games for android and ios, as well as desktop. Also create lots of animated html5 banners using it within the Animate CC environment.

Exporting Adobe animate to createjs objects library. Container, mouse events and child approach. Allowing different type of event handling such as area based and color based. Easy to implement more features on top of createjs such as anchoring or custom shapes. Positioning createjs objects are easy. Text renders better in createjs than any other library.

Sound js and preload js are not better as easel js

Creating educational activities for schools and the framework in createjs made it simple to develop and fast scaling project. For migrating from flash based activities and videos we used createjs and adobe animate support made it easier.

My overall experience about the create jus is awesome I like their components like draw shapes circles and all the types of operations are very easy and understandable

There is nothing to dislike about it. It is light weight library

There are lots of concept available in create jus as compared to canvas, we can create multiple container and add multiple shapes, there are lots of features available in create js.

The best way to show animations without creating any html tags.

Issue where the dynamic text behaves differently for different browsers

Problems are just to maintain the dynamic text view in different browsers.

its very simple and best for canvas related activity. In our company we use it for 80 to 90% of task. Its very stable and well documented module. I (our company) use it to develop small fun math related games, so we deal with all kinds of shape and colour. It handles all and works well with adobe animate CC.

honestly I don't think of any. I found all my use cases with it.

By using createjs you need to some additional helps or utils. Like you need alignment utils to align with other shapes or containers etc.

I work on to develop games so all kinds of shapes it can handle. It works well with adobe animate CC exported file. It works perfect with animations and timeline all. Tweenmax we use for tweening.

Its sub libraries like Easel Js and it all features with canvas are really awsome.

It's control over canvas object is less than other canvas liabraries.

It should make more easy to get and manipulate canvas object and save and re use that object like other liabraries

I completed full product like Animation studio in which i used canvas animation using create JS and it also made me easy with cool animations. It was a great experience with createJs.

MovieClips is best concept in createjs, it helps animations to work in more better way.

Everything is so good in createjs, nothing to dislike.
