I like the single sign-on feature of CoStar Real Estate Manager as it makes it more accessible since you don't need extra credentials. The setup was easy.

I find CoStar Real Estate Manager not that intuitive and it requires a lot of clicks to get the information. I also think it could be improved by integrating an AI chatbot.

Good so far. Will need to allow user to modify lease-wise header(ex., moving ST to right from left vice-versa)

The Lease Accounting schedule is the feature I like most in Costar. It helps me create the journal entries I need to record the data correctly, and I don’t have to manually compute everything.

Sometimes, when I’m using the system, a glitch occurs. Costar may need a better way to detect errors in the amortization schedule calculations. Also, when there are multiple leases in one building and you need to archive or terminate a lease, I feel Costar has limited capacity to handle that.
