The customer service team is very responsive, and the website's knowledge base is comprehensive.

They haven't updated the knowledge base since their launch of the newest generation.

Also, they don't have jurisdiction specific tutorials or articles.

Everything is in one place, which makes it easy to access client information, billing, and calendar details. The Client Portal also lets clients view their own information, so they stop calling about logistics like court dates and times. Being able to upload documents directly to their portal helps as well, and it further cuts down on those calls.

On the summary page, I wish it included more details, such as the client’s date of birth and driver’s license number. It would also be helpful if those were required fields to fill out on the Client Information page.

Since clients started accessing their portal, they’ve been calling less. The portal gives them an easy way to upload their documents, and then Cosmolex notifies us when new information is available. Tracking trust transactions has also been a huge bonus.

What a world of difference from our previous software! Easy and intuitive, and not any more expensive.

I really appreciate how CosmoLex helps save my time through the automation of practice management and file management. It also assists with bookkeeping, but what I like the most is that it keeps everything up to date. They regularly release new features, and I value their ongoing support from the tech team. The introduction of the open API was particularly helpful for automation. I also enjoy the integration with tools like Gmail. The setup was pretty easy when they first launched, and even though it has more features now, there's a supportive team available. As a sole lawyer managing everything, I find CosmoLex to be an ideal tool, especially at its cost.

One thing that could be improved is the integration with Stripe, particularly for payments.

I really like the trust accounting feature in CosmoLex. I can reconcile all of my bank statements, including my trust account, within about two minutes per account because it's easy, straightforward, and just really well thought out. Also, using CosmoLex allowed me to replace two programs I was using before with one program in the cloud. The initial setup was a piece of cake.

The only issues that I have with CosmoLex is that sometimes there is only a particular way to execute a certain transaction. And if you don't know it, you can't figure it out on your own because it's not as intuitive as some other programs may be.

I use CosmoLex for accounting, trust accounting, time, and billing. It simplifies reconciling all my bank statements, including the trust account, in about two minutes per account.

It is an excellent tool for docketing time and billing clients. The Customer Support is very good and much better than other Legal Accounting Software that I have used. My bookkeeper uses CosmoLex to do my accounting and there have been no issues with that. He actually recommended CosmoLex to me. I use CosmoLex daily in my practice primarily for docketing and billing purposes and have had no significant issues. There is a small learning curve when you switch to the software but it is easy to master.

I only use CosmoLex for docketing, billing, and bookkeeping purposes so I can't comment on the other tools available. Given my limited usage, there is nothing that I dislike about Cosmolex.

I have not had any business problems that I needed CosmoLex to solve.

None really - but we don't know what we don't know - would be good to have an assessment from cosmo to know if we are maximizing the tools for our needs.

Cosmolex Support department is amazing and so helpful.

There is a learned curve when you first start with Cosmolex but the Support is unprecedented in their helpfulness

I like the efficiency of the program and mostly because accounting is incorporated with practice management.

Limited option to assign different access for Role Creation and Permissions to timekeepers and responsible attorneys.

If you need to simplify and have altogether a practice management platform Cosmolex is the best platform. We have two different settings wth two different currency in USD and Euros.

The reports are clear and easy to read. I like that we have the option for Three-Way reconciliation.

Great software to for almost any practice.

Advanced billing and time tracking also a great place to store client files and information that is available right on your phone. Billing is great too in that I can both email and mail my clients bills.
