Playlists are a great help
What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
The Playlists provided offer a curated view of themed content options that can be aligned to monthly themes or targeted to specific audiences, new managers, DE& I initiatives, etc.
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
Sometimes a listed course in the playlist is not actually in the playlist- requires a follow-up w/ the vendor.
What problems is Cornerstone Content Anytime solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies content management and search for admins and end-users alike; this helps to get better visibility of the content investment and use.

What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
Cornerstone Content Anytime is a fantastic resource with literally thousands of courses available to you and your teams anytime, through almost any device. There is an enormous breadth of material available.
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
We have found a few places that we believe could be better. We have interactions with people who speak other languages - primarily Spanish. We could not find a good beginner course for Spanish. We also found that our industry is rather unique, so some of our industry specific content has needed to be created.
What problems is Cornerstone Content Anytime solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cornerstone Content Anytime allows us to standardize our policies and procedures across our locations - our business stretches across the Eastern Half of the United States.

Best e-learning content for a developing and growing organization
What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
What I like about it the most is that if you use cornerstone or saba the content integrates even easier, beyond that it is great content that is perfect for any organization that is looking for supplemental courses.
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
The only thing that I dislike but this is a universal problem is that not all content is going to be specifically useable in your organization.
Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content Anytime?
Best when you have a gap in training or are a newer organization that needs effective traniing immediately.
What problems is Cornerstone Content Anytime solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems, as I said before it is high end content that uses tier 3 learning which is a combination of audio, video, and tactile functions depending on the course, there's no complaints here.

Creating a learning platform with ease
What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
With its variety of learning courses we were able to improve the tech and non tech skills of all the employees in our organization. It notifies the users of the mandatory courses pending, to ensure that they are compliant by current standards of the industry. It also has gamifications tools so that the users can track their learning journey and also it motivates them to achieve more.
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
Newer learning courses need to be updated more frequently and the variety of courses can be made more wider so that it attracts a larger audience, nothing is to criticize about the tool other than these small niggles

It has helped us to create a learning platform for all the employees in our organization irrespective of their domain and has helped them improve their skills to the next level.

Fantastic Courses Curated Frequently
What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
I love that the content is curated for us! It's fabulous that we don't have to go through the content on our own to make sure it's up to date. We also get our own client representative which is very helpful. They have helped us with sponsorship, adoption, analytics, and anything else we may need. We often lean on them for different information from their database to find the best courses for our specific needs. They respond promptly and with fantastic customer service.
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
There are some content vendors that I don't like as much as the others. I think that this could be due to differences in learning styles and industries. Because the content is geared towards many industries, there are big differences in styles.
Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content Anytime?
I would recommend trying a few courses from each vendor. They are so different that you will want to sample them all to see if you like them.
What problems is Cornerstone Content Anytime solving and how is that benefiting you?
We aren't currently having any problems. We did have an issue with subjects being imported incorrectly but they were fixed very quickly. We have used this to assist with our DE&I strategy. It has been a huge help in getting employees to search for training on their own.

What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
The variety of topics that are relevant to our industry, (financial services, non-profit, quasi-governmental) and our employee populations is great. Content is refreshed each quarter, offering employees new content and keeping them engaged. Employees can select training/learning in short or long periods of time to meet their needs and in their topics. Micro-learning has gained so much momentum, and this concept has worked great for our employees.
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
There is some minor maintenance and upkeep since content is refreshed each quarter, there is some administrative burden to integrating the new content, and categorizing it, retiring old content, etc. However, this is also part of the benefit, because it keeps learning new and relevant, and prevents it from getting stale or outdated.
What problems is Cornerstone Content Anytime solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to augment or enhance our own training, in relevant topics, which bring true value developing savvy, progressive, innovative employees that are expected to exhibit emotional intelligence and advance our mission, work through our values, and authentically support equity, diversity, and inclusiveness. Content Anytime offers employees the opportunity to learn something in minutes when they have time between meetings, or to dedicate an hour or more for longer more in-depth topics. They are in the driver seat.

What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
The variety of training available at anytime. Catalog is kept up to date, retiring old course and adding new titles quarterly.
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
The catalog is so big, so content could be missed if the right searches aren't performed

More training variety for internal employees and not using multiple vendors. Content Anytime allows us to only go with one provider.

I wish there was a way to mass-edit email settings across the entire library (need to change to No Emails one-by-one).

Cornerstone's acquisition of Grovo has really ramped up their presence in the microlearning space. We really like that about 40% of their catalog are trainings under 10 minutes.

We are making development happen anytime, anyplace for our employees. Online training engagement has increased over 500%.

Great training content, easy to use!
What do you like best about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
I enjoyed that our end users have the ability to easily take both mandatory classes, and classes that they just have a general interest in very easily. It's also extremely efficient!
What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content Anytime?
At the time, I didn't have any major dislikes. I only wish that there was more mandatory compliance training so we didn't have to utilize other outside vendors as well.
Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content Anytime?
Get it! The content suite was a great investment for our organization, and I wish I had more time spent using it.

The content suite allowed us to help our end users complete some of their mandatory trainings, as well as have exposure to other courses they're interested in as well.
