I like that they have a great support team that responds quickly and is always very helpful with utilizing their platform. Ordering credit, using the rescore tool, or requesting for a rescore is simple fast and easy.

There isn't a lot to dislike about the platform. They are easy to use in most cases and return responses promptly. Maybe they can help improve their cost for ordering credit rescores to each bureau.

Credco is helping solve client's issues with lower credit scores and creating opportunity to build up their scores and allow them to become eligible for more programs.

The credit reports through credco are very user friendly which make it easy to go through with a client so that when they do take them home to a spouse or reference it later, we rarely get confusion afterwards, unlike other credit reporting agencies we have used. The flow of the reports makes sense and helps us in our business to uncover areas or concern or highlight areas and opportunities for improvement.

I wish that the credit simulator function would allow us to simulate beyond the 30 days after the report has been issued, or would simulate multiple bureaus at once. In our line of work, we must use the lower middle credit score for qualification for a mortgage. I would love to be able to simulate all 3 bureaus on all borrowers on the loan, as a change in the credit profile may positively affect one bureau but not another. This can be time consuming going through a simulator on each bureau for each borrower.

Definitely consider Credco for the ease of use and the layout of the report. It makes it very user friendly for the not so savvy end user or someone new to the product. Two thumbs up!

Credco has been a huge benefit in the home lending area. We are able to help our partners realize more sales and closings because with their software and simulators we are able to troubleshoot bad credit.
