What do you like best about Cooby?

It's really easy to use and very easy to Integrate WhatsApp chats and really easy to manage team members chat via Team leader dashboard.The UI is pretty simple and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about Cooby?

The navigation system is bit laggy though.

Recommendations to others considering Cooby?

While on slow/laggy internet connection it lags too and the chats will not show up on time.The UI can made me more smooth while navigating.

What problems is Cooby solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's making my life very easy via the chats integration and the dashboard is great tool to have to monitor the team chats.The chrome extension is also good .It made our team's job less painful.
