Sometimes I think they are trying too hard to be nice. They are sincere, which is not a dislike. I am used to more hands-on, but they tend to want to do any technical stuff which is actually good.

Providing immediate tech-support through Slack when I need help with sites. It's a much better customer experience than I've had in past with other hosts.

A minor downside is that it would be great if they provided an interface for resolving small issues on our own.

The high level of support allows us to focus more on our work without worrying about the technical side.

What does it say about a company when even the CEO goes out of his way to help you? I can't say enough good things about the help I personally received from the President Tom Fanelli. I attended a webinar that he spoke at and afterward reached out to see if he could give me some advice on ways we could speed up the page load times of our website. I was frustrated because I was getting nowhere with our website agency and only excuses as to why our website was slow.

Within minutes of sending my email, Tom returned my request and jumped on a call to help (I'm not even his client and he's doing this). That's unheard of in today's world. Especially having the CEO himself reach out and help. He easily could have ignored me or fobbed me off to some lower- level team member. But he quickly had me on a call and within about 20 mins. he had quickly upgraded the speed and load times of our website.

Thanks to the container technology used in there hosting service, my sites downtime has been almost zero.

When I have had small hiccups with my sitem their staff were able to resolve those issues instantly, in a fast and efficient manner.

We moved our site from 1&1 to Convesio about 10 months ago and have been very happy. Communication throughout the project was handled via Slack. I am sometimes skeptical of the effectiveness of team management tools, but any issues posted were promptly addressed and communicated.

They are lightning fast. We used to have all kinds of speed issues that have gone away.

Great team and service when needed, though I haven't really needed them.

Their website uses a lot of technical jargon. I wish I knew sooner just how different they are from other hosting providers.
