Review based on Customer Service

Edited 5.17.25 I am changing this from my 2 start to a 5 star based on the following information. After posting this review I took a deeper dive into how to reach customer support and found an email address. I received prompt response and had a full refund credited back to me within an hour of my email. I can' task for better than that. I do recommend NOT using their chat feature for help if you don't find quick responsiveness. But I am satisfied that they did understand my situation and were quick to cancel my subscription and refund my money. My rating is based on that customer service interaction. I did not get a full opportunity to deep dive into the tool itself.

I initially subscribed to explore the platform for professional use. However, before I could fully evaluate its capabilities, a significant shift in priorities required me to step away from the exploration. Nine months later—having forgotten about the subscription—I received a renewal charge of $500 for another year of service, despite no longer being with the company or having a need for the product.

I attempted to contact support immediately upon seeing the charge, but found no phone number available—only a chat feature. It has now been over 24 hours with no response. This lack of customer service is disappointing and suggests a low priority on customer experience. When I am ready to invest in a tool like this again, I will be seeking a provider that demonstrates a stronger commitment to supporting its users. Unfortunately, Jasper has not met that standard.

While the platform is fantastic and one of the best AI writing tools I've used, their customer service truly sets them apart.

I've been a customer for over a year now and don't even test other tools anymore because none compare.

Once you get to understand how to put Jasper in context with what you want, the speed of getting things done are positively overwhealming

To be honest there isn't anything I dislike, but I have found a way that at least works with me which is using only chat an provide jasper with as many detail as possible so it delivers 95% of the times exactly what I need. The thing even disagrees and suggests how to deliver things in order to make them more human/relevant/etc

Not having to hire poor quality content writers who don't deliver on time with poor quality of their work

"Intelligent tool for witty copywriting"

What do you like best about Jasper?

Jasper is an really easy and effective tool when it comes to generating one-liner catchy copywriting content that can drive sales outreach and email and LinkedIn messaging. The tool is able to generate original content that has a more personal touch. Jasper's content improver feature is point on in rewriting copies as per our expected outcome.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

The platform is a bit costly for single users and can have more features around chat feature

It helps us get out of writers block and create quality content out there.

"Jasper.ai - Content creation and more with AI"

What do you like best about Jasper?

Jaspers best part are the large amount of templates that make content creation very easy. You can choose a template i.e. a blog or LinkedIn Post and Japer comes with preconfigured settings for the specific needs. This makes Jasper easier than the usual Large Language models like Chat GPT.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Japer is great but also very expensive and besides a monthly plan they have a volume based price model attached. So if you produce larger content it becomes quickly very expensive. There is a translation build in but using it in German needs to be monitored quite well, as gramar mistakes appear quite often.

What problems is Jasper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Producing content especially for social media and webpages. The templates save a lot of time and as we are not native speakers in English it helps us to have a professional dialect. It´s really easy to learn to prompt and it has a build in "university" that helps with tutorials and useful tips and tricks.

"Jasper AI the writer for the Future"

What do you like best about Jasper?

I tell him what I want written and he expounds that by ten folds. He saves me time. I don't think I would have gotten this far without him.

What do you dislike about Jasper?

Sometime when he writes it doesen't make sense and I have to push him to get on track but you can't expect a machine to be perfect.

What problems is Jasper solving and how is that benefiting you?

He writes for me when I don't have the time to write for myself. The benefit I have realized is that without having a writing assistant like Jasper a person on me who is a mediocore writer, I can focus on the more fundamental aspects of blogging
