The user UI isn't the prettiest, but it gets the job done. Especially since we are doing full integrations in all directions.

Their EDI program is easy to use - I especially love how helpful and quick to respond that their team is! They made setup and integration a breeze!

One thing I dislike about ConnectPointz is that they bill per order instead of having a set price per month.

It connects all my eCommerce streams into one channel.

It has a harder time in my preferred [Firefox] browser.

We have used ConnectPointz to consolidate orders and update inventory feeds for multiple Ecommerce channels that we work with. The orders go straight into our main Accounting software and update the inventory for the streams automatically. It has streamlined our business. We have had a few changes that need to get updated and the customer service has always been great as well.

ConnectPointz is a decent UI that offers admins and power users the ability to easily manage daily transactions, translation tables, and reports. The support team is superb and highly proficient with setting up new integrations.

ConnectPointz could improve on error visibility. Seems that some transaction errors are not accurately displayed or easy to narrow down and resolve.
