With their team of professional designers, our signage was easy to understand, pleasant to look at. It allowed our team to review current R&M and new construction projects at a glance. Training was great, concise, and any issues resolved quickly.

I have nothing to dislike about ConnectedSign. The team is awesome!

Four team leaders had their own system of tracking new construction and R&M projects. Having the CS Platform allowed these folks to log in, track progress, and make updates easily.

The ConnectedSign team is always responsive to requests and provide a great product for end users.

Not everything required is available and it's not all made in house

The platform is easy to use and offers loads of features to display anything and everything you can think of. The Customer Service when you are stuck on something or something isn't working properly is outstanding!

I currently have no dislikes for this platform or the company behind it.

If you are looking for an easy to use platform for displaying any and all content forms, this is the company to go with. We have had such a delightful process setting up and using this software.

We can provide up-to-date news, job listings, and employee information in all of our break rooms. With this, more employees stay up-to-date on important information.

I like how easy it is to procure a quote and the customer service

Resellers like SHI don't receive a discount for bringing an opportunity to the company or streamlining procurement

not a device user but just help my customers procure.

It is a great way to spotlight our designers and advertise in store specials. It is also the perfect way to highlight our customers monumental moments.

It is hard to dislike something that has been so beneficial.

This is the perfect tool to use in communicating additional information to your customers when you are not able to.

If a customer is waiting for someone to continue shopping, they can sit, relax and become more familiar with our store by watching our mintor.

Muriel was as excited to work on my project as I was to discuss what I wanted. I was able to talk through the possible layouts and what we were trying accomplish at different times during the day. I also was able to work on the information I needed to input while the build was happening so that we were looking at current information as we went along.

I did not dislike anything about working with ConnectSign.

This is a user friendly platform. I am able to make changes and they appear quickly.

We are able to now show what is available in our cafeteria at different times in real time. I can show pictures of the actual food we serve and if needed can make a change to the items quickly. This digital sign replaced having to hang wrinkled papers up daily and now it shows a lot more information daily.

It's very powerful, but to do simple signs it's very easy.

Nothing to dislike so far, they are easy to deal with as a company and are very attentive to customers.

We've had a few different Digital Signage platforms in the last few years. Seems like there was always a lot of administration needed with the old systems. ConnectedSign just works.

ConnectedSign bridges the gap between simply owning digital signage software (such as FWI) and having a fully operational and functional digital signage solution - and that gap is bigger than we anticipated. From initial consulting and template design using our corporate standard design elements, to hardware selection, to licensing, to final QA testing - our ConnectedSign team has been able to deliver wayfinding, corporate communication signage, and showcase video walls to our facilities quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Not really a dislike of ConnectedSign, but the Four Winds Interactive platform does have its quirks. Within the software you are limited to certain video input devices/TV capture cards and the interface can be a little slow or crash from time to time, etc. But overall, it has been able to suit our needs and is relatively easy to manage.

Consistent and easy to manage corporate communication signage throughout our facilities and sites to keep our employees up-to-date on the latest news, stock ticker, weather, time and more. Providing wayfinding and turn-by-turn directions and conference room finding for our larger buildings. Using ConnectedSign with large lobby screens to showcase and spotlight corporate imagery & branding videos for visitors and employees alike.

I like that connected sign is great with responding to us when an issue arises. Also I like that the product is some what user friendly.

I feel that the platform is a bit dated in its design and some functionality.

Connected Sign platform is allowing us to be able to provide digital signage content to our internal users in terms of notifications and announcements etc.

The platform is great and easy to use but the folks running the show are the real stars. They make everything easy and seamless.

I can't say we have experienced and downsides thus far. We have had an excellent experience with the platform.

You won't be disappointed. They are quick and helpful the whole way.

We have been able to bring the functions of our digital wall and touchscreen in house giving us more control over the devices, where before we were going through our agency and were not able to make updates in real time.
