Transparent pricing structure

What do you like best about Confirmo?

I really appreciate Confirmo's direct pricing structure without any pointless fees as many other gateways have.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

Can't think of anything at the moment...

Confirmo helped us accept crypto transactions for our services at a very low cost and also target new users who want to pay with crypto.

Communication at its finest

What do you like best about Confirmo?

Ever since I got in touch with Confirmo, they were super proactive and transparent with everything I needed, which is rare these days. Even while I was integrating their gateway, they were helpful on what to do, to help me get started asap.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

I don't really have anything at the moment, all is well on our end!

What problems is Confirmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to move forward quickly, without the need to read help desk, but just to talk to a company rep.

Integration rocks

What do you like best about Confirmo?

I was happy when I saw that Confirmo offers an API integration and I was even happier when I realized how doable it is to integrate it within a few days.

I didn't find any downsides to using Confirmo

It was easy to understand how to integrate their gateway and their support team was also really helpful.

Low fees

What do you like best about Confirmo?

Their fees are significantly lower compared to others, and they do not charge for installation, consultation, or maintenance, which is uncommon in this industry.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

We didn't find any issue for now, so we are happy with their solutions.

What problems is Confirmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Confirmo helped us save a significant amount on fees, and more people are interested in paying with crypto. It was a perfect time for us to implement it.

Performance

What do you like best about Confirmo?

I was hesitant about crypto payments but it works smoothly without any limitations.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

Would be great if they can integrate it for me, so I don't have to do it myself, but it could actually do more harm as I have a pretty custom interface.

What problems is Confirmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Confirmo's solutions are performing well without any downturns.

Seampless integration

What do you like best about Confirmo?

The integration took us one day, which is much faster than with other crypto gateway we tried before.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

I would love to have a Shopify app for anothe project of mine, but that's not that important right now.

What problems is Confirmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

They helped us with quick integration, so we can start accepting crypto transactions in several hours.

Awesome team

What do you like best about Confirmo?

I really enjoy working with their team. Super nice and transparent people, always answering any of my annoying questions and guinding me throughout the journey. Really appreciate that.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

More helpful materials about their dashboard would be great, so I don't have to bother their team.

What problems is Confirmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

They primarily helped us with allowing our customers to pay with crypto, but we also learned a lot about crypto payments, so we can educate our customers as well.

API Integration

What do you like best about Confirmo?

API integration was much easier to implement for our dev team than I expected, so it helped us a lot with finalizing the whole process.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

It would be great to have USD settlements, so we don't have to find ways to do it ourselves.

What problems is Confirmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

They help us with processing crypto transactions without any manual labor on our end, which is saving us hundreds of hours each month.

What do you like best about Confirmo?

We are very happy with integrating Confirmo as our payment gateway. We noticed a slight increase in sales, mostly by offering this payment method to crypto enthusiasts who prefer to pay this way.

Nothing at all. I love everything about Confirmo.

Email invoices is a great feature!

What do you like best about Confirmo?

Email invoicing is a feature exactly for our needs, which is saving us tons of manpower and we don't even need to touch crypto at the end.

What do you dislike about Confirmo?

Everything works great, no issue so far.
