Condo Control Central is all-in-one communication, record keeping, and security and concierge solution for managing condos. The aim of the software is to provide a wide range of features to help streamline the condo management process, and ensure the smooth running of operations. Some key communications features include the ability to deliver announcements and updates online and to select either to send these announcements to a select group or to everyone on the mailer list. The solution comes with an online events calendar, a discussion forum, and an online file library. Further features include amenity booking, an online store, condo maintenance tracking, and online status certificates. In terms of security and concierge, the features include key and package tracking, online security log management, visitor parking management and incident reports. The solution is aimed at a variety of roles within the industry, including property managers, security guards, board members, and owners.
