It is so easy to track classes and enrollments with thios software, the staff are friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike about Compete Club Management?

The stats reports can be difficult at times to download and sometimes the information doesn't always update automatically.

When looking for a software, be sure that you take your time to review all of your options and all the features Compete offers; this will give you assurance it will work how you want it to for you and your organization.

What do you like best about Compete Club Management?

The ability to customize the software to suit business needs that constantly change along with the excellent customer service and support provided.

What do you dislike about Compete Club Management?

We would love the member self service features to be more robust, although it is under development. Family management of and ability to book training products would be awesome.

Recommendations to others considering Compete Club Management?

Before you make any decisions... be sure to demo the full suite of offerings available by Jonas Compete!

What problems is Compete Club Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently use Jonas Compete for our EFT billing, member management, reservations and sales prospecting. As a singular database it makes it easier to keep solid records for all of the above to run an efficient business.

Easy and user friendly Club software

What do you like best about Compete Club Management?

Compete brings all the info you need for any member or employee to one system. Easily move between one screen to another, find member info, create appointments and manage services. Compete is a simple program that makes it easy to use with little training. It’s an intuitive system that makes managing your day simple.

What do you dislike about Compete Club Management?

There’s very little to dislike. The graphics could use some updating as it seems a little outdated, that’s the only suggestion I could make.

What problems is Compete Club Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to manage client services from any computer in the club, whether as a trainer or front desk associate is simple. Managing our members is simple without having to move through multiple menus.

Honest Critique Compete Club Management

What do you like best about Compete Club Management?

I like being able to see my schedule online. I also like that I am able to add appointments online.

What do you dislike about Compete Club Management?

I do not like that I can only enter and edit my weekly reoccurring schedule in one location (the gym) and I do not like that I cannot enter or edit my reoccurring schedule on my home computer.

I've also had to change my password once already to log in hopefully this does not continue to happen.
