Comfy Hotel Reservation Reviews

I used Comfy Hotel Reservation at one of my first positions working in a local hotel. It wasn’t a chain, but a nicer place than a motel. In terms of adding guests, reservations, and changing things as needed CHR was able to do the basics. If a guest had any special requests we were able to accommodate those as well. The price for CHR is fairly affordable, so it is good for smaller operations.

I definitely was not a fan of the UI. It felt dates and I feel like some aspects of it could have been improved. Comfy Hotel Reservation allowed you to gather all of the monthly reservations and create a word or excel file, which sounds good in theory, but half the time I’d have issues exporting the info out of the software to Microsoft.

It beats creating reservations the traditional pen and paper route.
