Each member of the support team has the smarts, the willingness and the plain (not a pejorative) charm to make it feel easy and also.. to make it easy!!

Each time I've had a request for support, the response is swift and so clear that it's invariably resolved in the one answer. Even when there are some iterations of details and actions (likely because I wasn't paying attention!)... it never feels arduous. I have a sense, the support team here feel happy to do what they do; their willingness is evident; their clarity and understanding of the processes is superb and I always feel well looked after. Thank you.. the whole team!!

The customer service was thorough

The customer service was thorough, quick, polite and helpful. Their regular CoinJar interface is quite easy to use. The "Pro" CoinJar Exchange was very good for its very low trading fees. I just wish the liquidity levels were higher and smaller units could be allowed for trading. Perhaps the team could address these things as they get bigger. But the customer service experience was very positive and for this alone I would recommend the platform to others.
