Cognidox has truly transformed the way we manage our Clinical Trial work. We rely on it as an electronic TMF, electronic ISF, and as a central database for clinical trial data. Additionally, it serves as a electronic laboratory notebook and as a document management system for all documents related to laboratory work and clinical trials.

The initial training provided by the Cognidox team empowered us to customise the platform to fit our exact needs, which is rarely possible with standard 'out of the box' electronic TMF/ISF or document management systems. The ongoing support has been excellent, with all our queries addressed promptly and efficiently.

Cognidox has been a complete game changer for our group. It has allowed us to become more efficient through use of its automated workflows whilst maintaining GCP compliance and adherence to ALCOA++ principles.

We are using Cognidox as a 'single source of truth' for all of our internal clinical trial related documentation. Sponsors and auditors who have seen it have been more than impressed with the system and how we are using it in our environment.

I can't praise the Cognidox team enough - they were super helpful in sitting down with us and mapping our processes, talking us through how we could set things up to get the most out of the system. The IT support we receive is outstanding. E mails are always acknowledged in a timely manner by support staff and a helpful, easy to understand, thoughtful responses is always provided. Our account managers keep in touch regularly and are always interested to learn about our experience with the system and what we are using it for. They have also put us in touch with other customers who work in a similar area so that we are able to learn from each other.

There is nothing that i dislike about Cognidox. Our experience has been extremely positive. I would recommend this system to everyone who is interested in a document management system, an electronic Trial Master File , an electronic Investigator Site File or an electronic Data Capture system.

This is a great improvement to the way we organize our documents. With Cognidox we are able to manage our thousands of documents and gain insights into our data.

I would really love it if Cognidox can also works with other type of files format such Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop files because we also have so many media files that we need to organize as well.

With Cognidox we are able to gather our documents and do incredible things with our documents such as searching for words within thousands of files at once. And we also use it for version control as well.

I have been using Cognidox for some time now. It's a nice alternative to paper-based documentation. Another important thing is, it's FDA compliant as well, which keeps my data safe. Nice customer support.
